Thomas Seddon Taliaferro (1865-1940) was a Wyoming lawyer and stockman during the first half of the twentieth century. Born in Gloucester County, Virginia, Taliaferro moved to Wyoming in 1883 and was admitted to the Wyoming bar in 1900. From 1900 until his death, he operated a successful corporate law practice in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He also owned business interests in several Wyoming cattle and sheep ranches and was an active member of the Rock Springs Grazing Association. From th...
